You can cancel the purchase contract without giving reasons within 14 days. The costs of the return shipment amount to a maximum of the costs of the outward shipment. Warranty claims for exhibition goods can be asserted within one year. The statutory warranty regulations apply to new goods.

Alle Küchen stammen aus exklusiven Fachgeschäften mit geringer Kundenfrequenz. Nur Produkte, die unseren hohen Qualitätsstandards entsprechenden, werden für KüchenFirst zugelassen. Wenn Sie eine Küche kaufen möchten, rufen Sie KüchenFirst an und wir führen ein erstes Gespräch und klären alle Fragen. Im Nachgang vermitteln wir Ihnen den Kontakt zu unseren angebundenen Küchenfachgeschäft. Mit diesem besprechen Sie dann weitere Details zur Planung, Anpassung, Zusatzbestellungen und der Lieferung/Montage. Die Rechnungsstellung erfolgt im Anschluss direkt über das Küchenfachgeschäft.
